We cycle heat to and from the sea using a self powering heat pump.  Which will allow a 30cm to provide a massive excess of AC current.  Which remains that work will happily buy off for us!

The first heat pump system was devised and built by Austrian scientist Peter von Rittinger between 1855 and 1857, though the underlying principles were explored earlier. 

A heat pump uses a thermodynamic trick.  Taught to every first year engineering students.  The energy of a gas is given by the product of the temperature pressure and volume.  That I have yet been measured in the absolute Kelvin scale.

Kelvin is degrees Celsius plus 273.  So energy of a low pressure gas is itself low, but increasing the pressure the gas massively increases the temperature!

So the first half we stopped by adding up 273 to the grid degrees Celsius, to give degrees Kelvin.

2 (Tc+272)=Tk so 10° C is 280 K.  We double the pressure on the gas and so only get 560!

The idea is that in Manchester we site massive heat plant's immersed in the Irish C.  In the cellar sucking heat out of the Manchester City air, pressurise NG the gas and lose their heat to the large stainless steel helix is immersed in the open seas.

Massively in excess even othe plant reserves of what was once a second biggest economy on earth.  For ever bankrupted!  And the nuclear operators will try and clean up the Fukushima plant and bring it back into operation.

All like Russia who was forced to enclose be destroyed Chernobyl nuclear plant, in a permanent cen sensitive fake concrete shield.  Taking special care to divert any underground river as there could are carried the radioactive waste into the environment.

Fukushima her will be for ever A symbol of the folly of trying to do nuclear fusion on earth.

Ihe first nuclear power plants in France were three UNGG reactors at the Marcoule Nuclear Site between 1956 and 1960, followed by the Chinon reactors in Avoine from 1962.
