A major component of bus travel cost, used to be the price of diesel.  Mysteriously the world has reverted to the 1980s technology, of battery charging.  Now using lithium batteries, there is have a high incidence of bursting into flames! A far better idea and is to use a steam plasma, studio a carbon zero heat.  And a thermoelectric generator will generate carbon zero electricity for us. Making natural gas easy and free. Was covered in the 1912 noble prize for chemistry.  We need to add hydrogen to carbon dioxide air. First we need a serious refrigeration cycle.  So we increase the power of the compressor pump.  The typical no refrigeration pump only uses 2 W. So we increase up to 4 W.  Now we can call air down from 20° C, to -40° C.  This is below the temperature for carbon dioxide to freeze out there minus 28° C.  So for Watts is probably a bit too much power!
