A 30cm steam plasma will generate a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.  A12 1000 UK pound steam turbine will turn into ½ MW of AC electricity.

Electric arc furnaces (EAFs) have a high power demand, typically consuming around 400-500 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity per ton of steel produced, but this can vary based on factors like scrap quality and operational efficiency. 

So we are generating the free electricity for electric still making.  Totally carbon zero!  With no electricity bill.  So basically almost free heat steal!

Now we can fire up R30 CM steam plasma in a small out building.  And driving a little steam turbine get out ½ MW are totally green electrical power.  Featuring no fossil fuel burn and neither utilising and producing radioactive waste.

The plasma just releasing massive heat the motor light and potentially lower power X rays.  So the electric furnaces since, in the UK can restart.  Using the green carbon zero electricity.  Totally free electrical power!  With a plasma consuming two little volume of water a year even to measure.

I Devices science at Sheffield University 2001, they Sheffield has a world wide reputation for gas analysis.  Even there measuring such a miniscule volumes just not possible.  We had to back calculate it.

So just 1 30cm will drive our steam turbines.  Selling our excess current to the national grid at night.  Generating an annual income of 90,000 UK pounds.  A massive income for basically waste electricity.

1980s I used to wander around the scunthorpe steel Mills.  Though since my time in south Yorkshire, scunthorpe had installed electrical still making plants.

But now week in use a steam plasma to generate ½ MW our carbon zero mains AC current.  It is almost embarrassingly easy!  During my degree I also went to the Manchester Steel electric minimill.
