The crude oil price has been crashing steadily
The highest price ever recorded for crude oil was $147.27 per barrel in July 2008. This was due to large production cuts. However, the price of crude oil fell by 70% in January 2009 due to the financial crisis and a global loss of demand.
Today crude oil is under $72.00 a barrel. Because people have realized there is a carbon zero heat and Power System, that pays a small fortune.
