My American friend validated that a 30x1.5cm non pressurise steam plasma give off 1 MW of heat, as he liberated visible light, and maybe lower power X rays.  Just like natural sunlight.

This is ideal to light and heat the Landes it get dark in winter.  Just like lancashire and Yorkshire force a whole of Scotland.

We start of erecting a grid of my steam plasmas suspended four metres above the ground.  The land is no illuminated and heated, by its own little natural sun.

Giving farmers a second harvest every year.  If we wish to turn off the plasmas, we dropped the pressure.  Ancer fire up the plasma is again in the autumn, as the increasing the plasma pressure.
