By sucking carbon dioxide air to the air, so it is carbon negative fuel.  We are used to the idea of pressurise gas burning with air or oxygen.  Especially troubling to an engineer, is the production of light and X rays!  Of which there is no chemical source.  We are actually doing physical molecular nuclear fusion.

Which means that a lit Bunsen burner already uses the combustion of natural gas, to do molecular nuclear fusion.  Any high school physics department, can confirm that a Bunsen burner gives off X rays.  As it does nuclear fusion!  A steam heat light and even X rays.

We are familiar with low temperature pressurise methane gas, powering a Bunsen burner.  There will probably unaware he was doing nuclear fusion.

So the big energy release comes from the nuclear fusion we are doing.  Both in making and burning methane.  We can employ a standard Geiger counter to measure the xray production.

We utilises A car no refrigeration cycle, to condense carbon dioxide S the air as dry ice at -28° C.  We then heat up a steam and carbon dioxide at over 400° C.

And at a spark, the gases an burn to give us methane and surplus oxygen.  We use semi permeable membranes to separate these gases.  And copper piping - to avoid sparks.

And the peace an endless stream of carbon zero methane - natural gas.  And also produce the oxygen which has a highly commercial value.  As he sees in high demand for industry.

To get really clever we pass the methane through a multi layer honeycomb berilium catalyst.  Any face centred cubic metal will work.  'Be' - berilium, just being very inexpensive.

Depending on the number of layers of berilium, we get Ed diesel or petrol fuel while.  That is all in carbon 12, petrol is carbon 16.

All the power for the cycle, is produced using a steam plasma.  A 30x1.5 steam plasma freeze a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.  A tough 1000 UK pound steam turbine will convert into ½ MW of carbon zero electricity.  There national grid will pay us warm 0.5 million UK pounds, for that carbon zero electricity for a year.

So that I will drive a Carnot system for free.  And reproduce carbon negative fuel oil.  That C carbon neutral, we are sucking carbon dioxide air out of the air.  Which will decrease plant growth rates locally.

Carbon dioxide driving photosynthesis and so supporting most life on earth.  The sulphur cycle is too acidic!  And so only use by a bacteria in volcanic ponds.

So the nuclear fusion is really that easy.  And the utilising to make carbon negative petrol.  Which should obviously making all the climate santis ecstatic!  There in the pay of nuclear power, so will be furious!

Never have infected in the massive carbon emissions by nuclear power plant construction.  The fourth largest carbon emitter of all man's industries!  Very much not carbon zero.

Below $100 a barrel, nuclear power is haemorrhaging cash!  And there are limits to the nuclear consortia savings.  Which must be about depleted today.  And oil is going down.

Even before engineer start making carbon neutral petrol, for one 10th of the price of fossil fuel petrol.
