nuclear power cannot fund education

My thanks here to the late Professor Bernard Argent.  An emeritus professor of Engineering Materials.  He pointed out to me that no organisation without legal insurance cover is allowed to fund education research.

This is especially important for nuclear power.  He since the Chernobyl incident in 1986, has been criminally under insured.  After Chernobyl the required annual insurance five triple core pressurised water reactor, a uranium nuclear reactor, was set at 40 billion a year.

There is no available insurance around the world for one billion a year.  Nuclear power plants carried just a criminally insufficient 50 million.  All existing 422 nuclear plants on earth running with criminally insufficient insurance.

No new uranium nuclear power plant could never start up operation!  As the prerequisite for legal operation insufficient insurance cover.

So the national nuclear regulators has the legal imperative to shut down every operating uranium nuclear power plant on earth.

No valid insurance: no nuclear power!  And no funding of global education.  They were the big promoters of man made global warming.

Which is actually the discredited science from 1880.  Trying to link the climate to mankind's carbon dioxide production.  Totally ignoring the affective global photosynthesis around the temperate earth.

Converting extra carbon dioxide into plant biomass, and do biological molecular nuclear fusion.

So green plants used infrared light and chlorophyll, to buy and eat carbon dioxide into carbohydrates!  Carbon body to water molecules.  Excrete NG oxygen and taking in energy!

And the same time doing biological molecular nuclear fusion.  Turning regular water into helium and oxygen gases, massive heat, fate blue light and even X rays!  UK longer through the countryside during the day with a Geiger counter, and measure the X ray emission from green plants'.

There being no chemical source of X rays and helium.  We are doing the nuclear fusion of hydrogen ions from adjacent water molecules.  Which is sort of important to know!

So safe and clean nuclear fusion, from regular water molecules!  With light water.  Involving no enriched uranium, and free using no hyper toxic radioactive waste like plutonium.

The most dangerous product is free radical oxygen!  Which forms the oxygen molecules in the air to form ozone - at four so protective ozone layer that's Eccles the earth.  Protecting multi cellular life from the sterilising effect or cellar radiation.

2 O+O₂+TU→O₃↑ TU= turbulence within the air.

So non polluting carbon zero power!  That involves no nuclear reactions!  The plasma burning regular water into massive heat the motor light and X rays.

Since Chernobyl nuclear power has pledged 10 million a year into the climate research.  Skating over the point that it is a massive carbon source!

Releasing the two years our power plant construction, the equivalent carbon emissions from a commercially fired power plant for 25 years.

They use a fossil fuel burn to drive of the carbon dioxide from limestone, to the the calcium hydrate - cement for their reinforced concrete.  Minute nuclear power is mankind's fourth largest carbon emitter!

And so not carbon zero.  Its lack of adequate insurance cover, is a use for are barred from injecting money into education.  So no funding for manmade global warming since 1986.

Was already discredited science from 1880!  Which nobody cared about.  And or nuclear power started injecting 10 million a year into its science fantasy of man made global warming.

Then the world static cooling 1995.  Hence void 2005 nuclear power was promoting the biologically impossible manmade climate change.  Green plants' limiting temperate carbon dioxide in the afternoon air to just two parts per 1,000,000.

It's static level for the last 11.2 thousand years.  Any rational scientist will offend other sources are fine as for the academic work.  For signing manmade was never to the trash bin of rubbish science!

This year predictable solar emission cycles or do is 28 years of natural climatic warming.  The carbon dioxide so static!

In the arctic winter air every year above the polar ice, there is four PPM carbon dioxide in the local arctic and Antarctic Air.  The lowest natural temperatures on earth!  Down to -80° C in the Antarctic winter.

In ice ages carbon dioxide levels also double on the carbon dioxide level before and after the ice age.  In the Jurassic one periods we have four PPM carbon dioxide in the air.  Photosynthesis was less efficient at sinking carbon dioxide.

We had three natural ice ages, where the mineral record teaches is there was eight PPM carbon dioxide in the ice age air.  One ice age lasting 1000 years!

So today he nuclear power has been prohibited from planning academic research since 1986.  And time again so by the insurance he will never be allowed to fund packaging work ever again!

All the PAC is awarded for research into manmade global warming climate change, rescinded.  No tuition fees returned to their unfortunate students, stripped of any PH D!  And the resulting high paid job gained as a result.
