So lightening is nature doing nuclear fusion in the air, and the lightening up strike is nature doing a plasma burn from regular water, interesting!

At this juncture my American friend fired me up a steam plasma in a glass cylinder.  Now a confined plasma is twice as dynamic as molecular nuclear fusion.

He firm that a non are pressurised 30x1.5cm steam plasma release a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.  Interested!  We now want to turn that heat into electrical power.

We require and produce no hyper toxic radioactive materials.  The plasma burns regular light water.  Into no radioactive waste!  Carbon zero heat and electricity is really that easy.

After the electricity  generation we drive a local area space heating system, totally carbon zero!  An excess power at night while there is an annual check for 21 million pounds.  Enjoy.
