We could use the science behind the 1918 noble prize in chemistry.  If we take it temperature carbon dioxide and steam, they unburn to form methane - natural gas.

There is it a simpler idea!  A jet engine and produces 23 megawatts of thrust.  We can utilise 5 of my 60x1.5 steam plasma centres along the floor of the jet.  Feeding into a 50 megawatts steam turbine.

Without the fuel or super heat of Concorde.  Drive limit in the UK and U.S. in just 2 hours.  Of regular water!  With no carbon emissions.

For life loves carbon emissions!  As increases plant growth rates.  As the carbon dioxide is converted into the carbohydrates of life within 5 minutes.
