Nuclear power invented the idea the carbon dioxide levels had risen since industrial revolution.  Nobody had told the green plants!  Photosynthesis on land and sea proceeds until there is just two parts per million carbon dioxide in the temperate air.

Here the plasma burns regular water into ½ MW of heat , as semi conductor device will turn into a continuous 65 kW of carbon zero heat.  The thermoelectric unit, is as semi conductor device, which has no idea centric effect like a turbine.

So can easily turn corners with no massive centring effect!  Ideal for driving a vehicle.  And we utilised just 10⁻ⁱ⁹cc of regular water a year.  We'll never measure it in 1000 lifetimes!

So an electric car can have a steam plasma driving a thermoelectric generator and consume no fossil fuels.  No requirement for battery charging!  And or mains electricity are massive carbon sources.  Nuclear power being mankind's fourth largest carbon source.

Today require an insurance cover of 100 billion a year since Fukushima in 2010.  We can and 40 billion a year since Chernobyl in 1986.  They carry a criminally insufficient 50 million!

So all 422 existing uranium nuclear plants operating massively criminally under insured.  Since Chernobyl in 1986.  Nearly 50 years are criminal operation!  Hyper toxic and lacking the required insurance cover.

The nuclear regulator has the legal imperative to shut down all nuclear power plants operating around the world instantly.  Backdated to 1986.  The legal fine is a cumulative some of although missing insurance.  Around a trillion each! (40x24+13x100 billion)

The next masterly fatal nuclear incident is two within the next two years.  Think 3 mile island, windscale and Chernobyl - a nuclear incident every 25 years)

No nuclear plant is allowed to continue operation without the legally required insurance cover.  There is no legal argument!  Every under insured nuclear plant must cease operation instantly.  There is no legal he insured nuclear plant on earth.

The little 15cm steam plasma will result in 500 kW of carbon zero heat.  Which will generate 65 kW of carbon zero electricity.

We can drive an electric car we know that charging!  With an infinite range!  No batteries or mains charging required.  We charge of the car as we drive along.  Just 45 kW will drive a small helicopter!

Parked up as home which connects the mains, and sell the electricity for between eight and 20 houses why not driving the car.  With no fossil fuel burn!  No over priced oil and gas involved.  And deftly no hyper toxic and under insured uranium nuclear power.

And we use such a tiny volume of water, for 2000 UK pounds we get three mileage murdering for life all the cure.  Less than the price of the highly dangerous lithium batteries.  Which have the inclination to burst into flames!
