Totally carbon zero or and non nuclear.  Hence the climate change brigade have said nothing!  They are funded by nuclear power to talk about carbon dioxide.

Forgetting that building a nuclear plant uses a fossil fuel burn on limestone, to free use all the cement for their reinforced concrete.  Near in the 2 years of nuclear power plant construction, they emit the carbon equivalent of operating a commercially fired power station for 25 years.

In 2020 my American contact fired up a 30x1.5cm steam plasma.  And got out a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.  Utilising just 10⁻ⁱ⁶cc of regular water a year.  To metals are ever measure!

The plasma is plus or breaks apart water molecules into positive atomic nuclei, and free electrons.

The firmer electric generator will provide an annual income of 180,000 UK pounds annually.  At a time when the UK pension is just 8000 pounds a year!  A little 30cm steam plasma will provide us with a carbon zero millionaire's income.  Providing a carbon zero electricity for up to 20 houses.

And then the exit steam show about six and and 20° C or hotter.  Ideal to drive a local area space heating system.  We use our free electricity to pump the hot water around firm either insulated pipes, to provide free heating for local area.

The thermoelectric generator was devised in the 1930s!  Not as efficient as the steam turbine, but so much cheaper to buy.  A semi conductor device which turns heat directly into electric current.

All operating nuclear plants require insurance cover of 40 billion a year after Chernobyl in 1986.  The firms were part of a consortium, which can be sued for the missing insurance cover previously.

So 40 billion a year since 1986.  Which have rise to 100 billion a year since 2010, but all the engineering consortiums were already bankrupt after the Chernobyl fines!

Any new nuclear plant would need to the legally required 100 billion of annual insurance cover.  Which is not available anywhere in the world!  Nuclear power the most under insured and hyper toxic industry ever devised.  Operating criminally under insured, every year since 1986.
