Oil extraction tends to be linked to methane extraction from the deep.  This is basic undergraduate Chemical Engineering!

We pass the methane gas up a multi layer honeycomb aluminium catalyst.  And or fuel oil drips out!  Diesel and petrol.  So we get more fuel oil.  And stop the need to burn off the methane gas.

Apparently COP28 is concerned about the air quality in Dubai.  The COP, so he is were set up to talk about carbon dioxide!  That green plants eat carbon dioxide.

My American friend verified that a 30x1.5cm steam plasma release a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.  Pass through a steam turbine we generate ½ MW of carbon zero electricity.

It turns out the carbon zero is so stupendously easy.

If we fire up a 15cm steam plasma get there are 400 kW a carbon zero heat.  Pass through a thermoelectric generator we get out 65 kW of carbon zero DC electricity.  Which he generator converts into three phases mains electrical current.

The national grid in the UK will pay a every house or 180,000 UK pounds, for the excess carbon zero electrical current.  No fossil fuel burn involved!  Utilising two little water ever to measure accurately in a lifetime.

Carbon zero it sounds simple!  Stopping gas flaring from oil extraction, is first year undergraduate Chemical Engineering.  Really not hard!

So the COP, C.s are interested in the oil industry.  And no longer interested in carbon dioxide!  It would have been nice if the climate people had told us!  Manmade climate change was a the nuclear funded science rubbish.
