Every day during the day, plants on land and sea converts the available carbon dioxide into the carbohydrates of life.  Leaving just a static two parts per million carbon dioxide in the temperate air.

Around the world right now there are heavy rain or snow storms.  Which interestingly enough give off X rays, as the turn regular water into gases plus massive heat with faint light production.

So the storm gives out light flashes, and produces helium and X rays.  University geography departments have written academic papers about this.

This is really not old knowledge.  We actually break some of the water molecules apart into positive ions and free electrons.

The positive charge collects above the clouds layer, the electrons carry the negative charge to the ground.  At 5000 volts 100 amps we get a lightening down strike.

So rain and snow storms do nuclear fusion.  Turning water into the usual helium and oxygen gases, free electrons, the massive heat and X rays.  And of course when I get the massive visible light flash!  Only possible with nuclear reactions.

So every 3 minutes somewhere around the world a heavy storm is doing nuclear fusion in the earth's air.  This is so interesting!

My American contact fired me up a 30x1.5cm steam plasma in a glass cylinder.  Using the electronics from a fluorescent light starter.  Once termed on the plasma self sustains.

Produce a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.  From our 30cm steam plasma.  Which is rather too much heat!

We utilised a 15x1,5 CM steam plasma, and get out a constant 500 kW of heat.  We do it in the cellar or out house.  And we turn some of this free E carbon zero heat, into electricity is a commercially sourced 65 kW thermoelectric generator.

Which can be hired for to them and 50 UK pounds a month.  We get at her by 65 kW of mains AC electricity.  The generator rectify as the DC into mains linked voltage and phase AC current.

The national grid will happily pay us of 180,000 UK pounds annually.  That is 1500 UK pounds a month.  Which will pay of the 2000 UK pound plasma power plant construction charge.

Local engineering firms can build the units.  And give them away.  In exchange for the first 1.5 months income from the power company.  Which will pay for the units with a nice profit.

The house or and or the is a lifetime the free E electricity and heat: the steam enters a generator at 800° C.  And these are 680° C.  Ideal for driving a local area space heating system.

We pump around the local district using some are free electricity.  And we get as much income from the hot water, as from the carbon zero electricity.

All because nature it uses a steam plasma to do nuclear fusion in the air somewhere around the earth every 3 minutes throughout the year.

My American friend confirmed the idea my plasma, freeze a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat, 2020.  Not even producing any helium and oxygen gas.  As the plasma firms those gases into hydrogen ions and free electrons.  Into double the free heat light and X rays.  The X rays as high powered is from a beating animal hearts.  So harmless!

Heat and power with no fossil fuel burn.  No utilisation of or production of hyper toxic radioactive isotopes.  Present uranium nuclear power requires annual insurance cover of 100 billion, for 100 MW power plant.

They carry a criminally insufficient 50 million.  Such criminal under insured operation.  The United Nations climate people have the legal imperative to shut down all 422 operating nuclear power plants in the world.

Which are operating outside planning consent.  I have done since Chernobyl in 1986.  The legal fine is the cumulative some of although missing insurance.  Somewhere around four trillion.

By the adequate insurance would make nuclear power the most uneconomic industry ever devised.  So hyper toxic and criminal!
