Since 1986 every nuclear power plant has required annual insurance cover of 40 billion - after the Chernobyl incident in the Ukraine.  There is no commercially available insurance cover above one billion.

Lawyers usually find a firm of some of the missing insurance!  So a 48 billion for last 47 years for Siae Well B: that is never a carriage of the legally required insurance cover.
