Non nuclear, free, carbon zero power.  As I a pointed out repeatedly carbon dioxide levels around the temperate afternoon air, are at pre-industrial levels!  A static two parts per million since 1880.

Any rational scientist must concede A static trace gas affects nothing.  People have been listening to nuclear power, whose share out the carbon dioxide controls the weather!  No.

My American friend 2020 confirmed that a 30x1.5cm non pressurise steam plasma release a constant 500 kW of carbon zero heat.  Carbon zero!  No fossil fuel burn and absolutely no radioactive materials involved.

We then have a nice home income of 18,000 UK pounds.  This is a millionaire income!  By producing the carbon zero electricity for local houses.  32 domestic houses on my load.

Eight houses on Christmas day!  So that gives us the maximum density are plasma power units we can install.  One for every eight houses!

And we do not produce any hyper toxic radioactive waste!  The helium and oxygen gases the fission into hydrogen ions, and there into light heat and X rays in the plasma.

So normal the strontium are plutonium produced by uranium nuclear power.  The most toxic substances known to man kind!  Require annual insurance cover of 100 billion per year!  Since Fukushima in 2010.

After Fukushima in 2010 and in Japan, that required insurance level rose to 100 billion.  Legally required or the nuclear operator is in contravention of its planning consent and must instantly shut down.

Enforced by the United Nations and the national army.  So Sizewell will operate if it's whole operating life, totally an insured!  25 years are criminal operation.

Margaret Thatcher was a degree level chemist.  So was totally aware that Sizewell A and then B were illegal engineering constructions.  In contravention of the nuclear planning consent!

Sizewell B never had planning consent.  It existed as the legal extension to Sizewell A, demolished 1986.  Along with its planning consent!  Then void and worthless.

My little 15 cm steam plasma, lacks a nuclear core.  It neither utilises not produces any radioactive hyper toxic materials.  No impossible insurance required.

An annual income of 180,000 UK pounds.  For 65 kW of that lovely carbon zero electricity.  Telling the UK of this exciting engineering development (worked out to my PH D work at Sheffield University) is election winning science!
