Carbon 0 so easy!

I had this idea practically confirmed three years ago.  Brett fired me up a 30x1.5cm steam plasma and got a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.

1 H₂O+PL→2(E²+L+X-ray) a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.

The simplest and cheapest way to turn their heat into electricity, is a commercially sourced thermoelectric generator.  Which will freeze a constant 65 kW of carbon zero electricity.

For convenience we rectify into mains linked AC current.  And the national grid will happily pay us 1.5 million UK pounds a year, for all that lovely carbon zero electricity.

We utilises a glass cylinder, and a semi conductor device purchase from China, we have no large engineering structure!  No massive concrete poor.

We utilised and produce no hyper toxic radioactive isotopes.  Present uranium nuclear power knees annual insurance cover of 100 billion - after Fukushima in 2010.  20 billion after Chernobyl in 1986.

Nuclear so illegal I was doing a PH D at Sheffield University under Dr. Z, who had a double first from Columbia University in New York.  I looked on the Internet and found no evidence of a global carbon dioxide increase.
