We use a thermoelectric generator.  Which I was taught about in 1984!  And 40 would never have any practical use.  As it is only 13% efficient.  A steam turbine is 50% efficient.

But this makes the required thermoelectric unit very cheap to set up.  We utilises a 15x1.5cm steam plasma as a carbon zero heat source.  My American friend has validated that a 15 cm steam plasma will liberate a constant ½ MW of carbon zero heat.

1 H₂O+PL→2(E²+L+X-ray) practically validated to produce 1 MW of heat.  The lower power light and X rays are of no consequence: a flame of fossil fuels and to their rates higher power X rays - as the burnt fossil fuels fires up a steam plasma.

When we out ½ MW of heat to our thermoelectric unit it generates only 65 kW of carbon zero heat.  That is a carbon zero electricity for eight houses.  Or three medium sized businesses.

The steam turbine will do more efficient, but will cost 12,000 UK pounds.  A 65 kilowatts thermoelectric generator is going to cost 65 UK pounds.  A light engineering firm that installs the plasma power unit, to experiment directly from the National Power grid.

It will pay for itself in a day and 1/2!  Then the house or and he gets perpetual free electricity and heat.  The exit steam is still hot enough to drive a local area space heating system.

But our steam plasma is a massive free heat.  Utilising just 1.5x10⁻ⁱ̾cc of regular water a year: good luck on measuring it in a lifetime!  And we get carbon zero electricity for free.
