Uranium nuclear power builds its plants using loads of reinforced concrete.  The cement producer viral fossil fuel burn on limestone - to drive of carbon dioxide.  Making uranium nuclear power mankind's fourth largest source of carbon emissions.  So not carbon zero!

Since Chernobyl in 1986, every operating nuclear power plant has required annual insurance cover of 40 billion.  They have carried a criminally insufficient 50 million.  Yet the United Nations on nuclear regulators have never stepped in to stop this illegal industry.

Because of the exchange of our lost of green Banknotes!  Basically uranium nuclear power has bought its way around national radiation laws.  But nuclear power is international.

So United Nations should have stepped in, and stopped every hyper toxic an insurable nuclear power plant.  Which is so not carbon zero!  Quite embarrassing it is publicized the fictitious nations the carbon dioxide warms the atmosphere.  For getting him produce massive carbon emissions!
