Lightening is nuclear fusion

Every 3 minutes around the world there is a lightening bolt.  It is a 1.5km x2cm partial steam plasma.  Set up by heavy rain or snow storms, also are doing nuclear fusion in the air.  The late Professor Bernard Argent termed molecular nuclear fusion.

When we fire up a steam plasma in a glass cylinder we utilises the bonding of hydrogen ions with a free electrons.  The plasma breaks up the water molecules into positive ions and free electrons.

So neutrons are actually formed from the bonding of protons with electrons.  And this water on earth is light water.  The exceptions other water indeed reservoirs.  Where the turbulent flow of high pressure water, again does molecular nuclear fusion.

3 2ⁱH₂O+P+TU→²H₂O+OH so one hydrogen ions and electrons, have bonded to form a neutron.  And that neutron has bonded with another water molecule.  Probably to a hydroxyl molecules will join together, to boil water and the surplus free radical oxygen.

So a natural lightening strike teaches hydrogen and oxygen nuclei, and free electrons.  And electrons bond with the hydrogen ions, to form neutrons.

And university geography departments have written up have a lightning strikes spewing out neutrons, while producing 5 tonnes of helium ions.

Two hydrogen ions bonding to form one helium, is nuclear fusion.  A quick relativistic conversion, and a every lightening strike releases 2.5x10³ⁱW of energy.  As light, heat and X rays.

4 H⁺+2n⁰→2(E²+L+X-ray) twice the energy as from the nuclear fusion of hydrogen ions to form helium.  So the plasma burn from steam they've rates a constant 2.4 MW of heat.  For the financial steam plasma set up at eight atmospheres, collapsing at three.  Average four!

But now we get to my American friends practical results.  His plasma 30x1.5 CM in size, they ready constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.

We use the plasma to drive the boiler room free steam turbine and generate a constant 500 kW of carbon zero power.  This is so useful!

The garage scientist can construct a little plasma power plant, and get a 58 kilowatts of carbon zero heat.  Best left to ensuring companies - as the plant knees to be rectified into mains linked AC current.  The right voltage and phase for the national grid.

The poor the planning cure to house owners, in exchange for the first three days of electric payments from the national grid.  Which will cover the cost of the plant, with a nice profit.

Their house owner then has the plasma power plant, to generate the mains AC power for 60 houses.  All totally carbon zero.  Off two little water ever to measure in a lifetime.  I would tend to include a spring loaded water reservoir, in case I calculations are in error.

Sizewell A was approaching the end of its design life.  The engineers illegally built an extension, a whole new nuclear power plant!  Which had never had its O and independent planning consent.

So when the demolish Sizewell A the Sizewell B nuclear plant, became totally criminal and an insured.  Operating outside planning law.  King Charles has emailedme, to say how much he detests nuclear power.

Sizewell B has never had a valid planning consent in its lifetime.  And never bore the name of the smiling like a legal insurance cover.  The standard legal fine for missing insurance, is the athletics some of although missing insurance.  40 billion since the Chernobyl incident in 1986.

Rising to 100 billion since Fukushima 2010.  And no any global nuclear plant would have to have 100 billion, if he had at home of starting up!  There is no independent insurance available above one billion.

So every nuclear power plant on earth is running criminally under insured.  At the various with planning.  And even the UK it might have to have the planning laws.

Nuclear power is certainly is constrained by planning.  Which would require ballet is legal insurance.  But there is no fossil source of the 100 billion insurance cover.

People who live by Sizewell B idea so lucky not to had died in a triple core meltdown - like 3 mile island, Chernobyl or Fukushima: it is what nuclear power does!

No engine consortia would ever be interested in Sizewell C now I have ensured the European Court of human rights, this totally aware that the every nuclear power plant on earth is running criminally under insured.

At variance with our planning consent!  And must instantly perform an emergency stop.  We can all convert to clean and safe plasma power.  Which requires no impossible insurance.

And is totally Non-nuclear in nature!  The sub atomic particles never escaped the glass cylinder.  And the heat, light and X rays emerge.  Like from a beating human heart!  If you possess one.
