I do have a little person interest.  I live in Manchester, which like Birmingham has a massive canal system.  The waters are massive low temperature heat collectors during the day.

Where our free electricity and heat pump, we can start pumping hot air out every 10 metres along canals.  This is going to mass of the changed the local climate in Manchester and salford.

And he is I live at salford quays.  Looking out on to the Bridgewater Canal.  But we need engineering firms in the Manchester area, to get funding from the council's, to set up little light and heat units along the canals and Rivers of England.
