Every 3 minutes around the world, there is a lightening strike.  A 1.5 KM x2cm partial steam plasma.  That produces five tonnes of helium gas, as it does molecular nuclear fusion.  The idea of Dr. Z for a Sheffield University 2000, who lost all interest in clean and safe nuclear fusion - as uranium nuclear power bought him a chair of chemical and process engineering - making him a professor Z.

So requiring non other 100 billion of annual insurance every nuclear power plant on earth requires to operate legally.  They carry a criminally insufficient 50 million.

National nuclear regulators have the legal imperative to issue immediate stop orders in 1986 - after Chernobyl.  When the required insurance rose to 40 billion.  There is no commercially available insurance above one billion.

Academics are not allowed to take research funding from criminally under insured organisations.  And or nuclear power has been criminally under insured since 1986.

The year nuclear power the first invented manmade global warming: ignoring its own hugely significant carbon emissions.  And that natural photosynthesis metabolise carbon dioxide into plant biomass within 5 minutes.
