I have been busy working for the solution to manmade climate change since 2005.  When he superseded manmade global warming.  And fenella plants eat carbon dioxide, to the extra come dioxide into additional plant biomass within 5 minutes.

Leaving just a static two parts per million carbon dioxide in the temperate air.  Levels above the arctic ice are double that.  Air temperature down to -80° C.  Carbon dioxide is so obviously not a warming gas.

And I discovered lightening does some of its water into light and heat, plus X rays from the partial steam plasma that links up the cloud tops and the ground.

Five tonnes of helium, teaches us that one lightening strike releases 2.5x10³⁰ W our carbon zero heat.  In a confined glass cylinder, we do the twice as dynamic plasma burn from steam.

Rishi can link ever small engineering firms, to build the plasma power plants.  And give them away to house owners, exchange for the first three days of payments from the National Power grid.  There 2000 UK pounds!

And the house owner gets a lifetime of free heat and power.  And a truly colossal income!  Well done Rishi.  So the world carbon neutral.  No radioactive materials required all produced.

Global warming impossible 2000
