Since photosynthesis evolved in the cretaceous most life on earth has revolved around plants and bacteria metabolising carbon dioxide.  To form the carbohydrates of life.

We only requires 8 kW to drive a house during Christmas day.  So we are producing the carbon zero power for 60 houses.  From two little water ever to measure!  No radioactive materials involved all produced.

BX rays are low power - as liberated by a fluorescent light today: which is where I got the idea from plasma from!  The a fluorescent loses weight, and stops working.  They display use run on midlife.

We can all switch over to clean and nontoxic plasma power!  A 1m x2cm steam plasma cylinder at four atmospheres, should release 8.6 MW of heat.  The 12 will drive 100 megawatt power plant.

With no fossil fuel burn and no radioactive substances involved all produced.  Clean safe and basically free electrical power.

All users can switch over to a 30cm steam plasma as a heat source for the eight electricity generation system, and use produce heat lower power light and X rays.  And get out ½ MW of mains linked AC electricity.

No carbon!  So manmade climate change is stranded, as a piece of mean is impossible nuclear science fiction.  And all the means of people employed in this fictitious industry, will have to get real jobs.

Manmade climate change/global warming has cost the world 50 billion.  And the world there is still cooling!  It will begin warming again naturally next year.  Control by a predictable solar emission cycles.

And plans to each carbon dioxide!  To enter the present limit in this epoch of just two parts per million.  Burning fossil fuels actually increases active life locally, but has no affect on the climate.
