Carbon 0 heat and power is simple

Nuclear power fabricated manmade global warming, after Chernobyl in 1986.  Declaring the carbon dioxide warmed the air!  That he is logical rubbish.

Green plants on land and sea around the temperate earth, eat carbon dioxide.  Going to just two parts per million.  So all the carbon emissions from burning fossil fuels, actually increase plant life on earth.  The doing just two parts per million carbon dioxide in the temperate air.

Above the arctic ice In winter there is no photosynthesis.  Carbon dioxide levels spiked at four PPM.  Air temperature down to -80° C above the south pole.

Then you can C or uranium nuclear power plant construction.  These loads and loads of reinforced concrete, where the cement is produced via a fossil fuel burn on limestone.

Making uranium nuclear power the fourth largest source of carbon emissions on earth, and actually building power plants.  Historically there is no evidence of a sudden spike in temperatures around a nuclear power plant construction site.

In the 18th century Europe experience the little ice age.  Snow covers the land.  We are back to the usual four PPM carbon dioxide above the snow.  So year was at -20° C.  We had twice the carbon dioxide level in the air.

Obviously nuclear power was just so wrong when they came up with manmade global warming.  Then in 1995 the global climate started cooling: it is a natural 28 year periods or warming and cooling, cause five predictable solar emission short term cycles.

So manmade climate change was actually cover for natural global cooling.  The carbon dioxide rising in the cold!  Every year in the arctic winter.

A plasma power plant is totally carbon zero and does not utilised or produce radioactive materials.  Safe clean and free power!   3x10⁻ⁱ⁶cc of regular water will run a plasma power for a year.  Freezing ½ MW of carbon zero electricity.

The carbon zero power for 60 houses.  My local MP is Rebecca long Bailey, who has never raise this issue in the house of commons.  Even though it is a life critical!

The deep seas produce massive amounts of helium and free radical oxygen - as the turbulence of high pressure water does molecular nuclear fusion.  Are plasma power plant and the pieces heat, we have a far visible light and X rays.  The ultimate clean Energy System.
