A plasma burn is carbon zero heat

A plasma is carbon 0 heat

Steam breaks apart into hydrogen and oxygen atoms, and free electrons.

1 H₂O+PL→2H⁺+O⁺+2e⁻

The hydrogen ions electrons bond to form neutrons.  These enrich the other atomic nuclei and cause them to undergo repeated nuclear fission, and till we are left with hydrogen ions and electrons.

2 H⁺+e⁻→n⁰

So the steam plasma, is converted into a hydrogen plasma.  Which then and converts into heat, light and X rays.

3 H₂O+PL→2(E²+L+X-ray)

My American friend confirmed he was actual science!  And fired up a 30x1.5cm steam plasma do constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.

Which will drive the boiler room free steam turbine, freezing steam 800° C8 atmospheres pressure at a guess.  Will cure ½ MW of carbon neutral power out.

The electricity for 60 houses!  Totally carbon neutral.  From 3x10⁻ⁱ⁶cc of regular water a year.  Totally carbon neutral!  No fossil fuel burn and or radioactive materials involved.

Safe clean and free heat!  Totally carbon zero,  COP27 could tell the world this at the conference.  But they are funded by nuclear power to talk about carbon dioxide!

Omitting to mention that uranium nuclear power bills its power plants, using loads of reinforced concrete where the cement is produced via a fossil fuel burn on limestone.

Making uranium nuclear power mankind's fourth largest source of carbon emissions!  So not carbon zero.  Quite embarrassing really.

Nuclear so illegal I was doing a PH D at Sheffield University under Dr. Z, who had a double first from Columbia University in New York.  I looked on the Internet and found no evidence of a global carbon dioxide increase. Biology teaches that photosynthesis around the temperate land and sea, has limited free carbon dioxide to just two parts per million.  The static level since before 1880 he and mankind's industrial revolution.
