It is the regular 28 year period of global warming and cooling.  Cause by predictable solar emission cycles.  Carbon dioxide has no effect!

The trace level of carbon dioxide in the temperate air there is just two parts per million.  It's static level since before humanity evening evolved.  The manmade global warming rubbish was invented by nuclear power, to distract the world from the toxic nature of uranium nuclear power.

After the Chernobyl incident 1986 - demonstrated that nuclear power should not be done!  2010 and Japan experience the Fukushima incident.  And both Japan and Germany renouncing uranium nuclear power.

Still people like Sir David Attenborough are wittering on about global warming!  As if it was somehow magically caused by man.  The climate calls and warms according to predictable solar emission cycles.

In one periods carbon dioxide bottoms out, and the minimum level for photosynthesis to happen.

In the arctic winter we have no photosynthesis.  And carbon dioxide levels rises to four PPM!  Air attempt to -50° C over the north pole, and -80° C over the south.

In the little ice age of the 18th century across Europe, we are back to a Jurassic four PPM carbon dioxide.  Average European temperature down to -20° C!  Though the little ice age water a intelligent.

Uranium nuclear power bills its plants from reinforced concrete.  There Prix uses a cement via a fossil fuel burn on limestone.  They could use a uranium nuclear fission rods, but this is making the plant's massive radioactive!

Which is an active nuclear power building programme, is and I cannot fourth largest source of carbon emissions.  A fact the climate change brigade don't mention!  Uranium nuclear power is such a massive carbon source.

Around the world every 3 minutes there is a lightening strike.  Which is nature doing nuclear fusion.  First of all we have a heavy rain or snow storm, doing molecular nuclear fusion.

1 H₂O+TU→He+O+E²+X-ray which is why the turbulent descent of rain or snow particles, results in the emission of heat and X rays!  Nature is busy doing nuclear fusion in the air.

Going off from regular water - no radioactive isotopes involved all produced.  The helium is lost to space the same day, reacted with nothing!  So even if we got some ³He it would exit into space, reacting with nothing!

Dr. Z from Sheffield University, suggested 2000 that the turbulent flow and of high pressure water or steam, did nuclear fusion.  Then uranium nuclear power bought him a chair of Chemical Engineering, and he lost interest!  He ended my PH D, telling me strangely enough to continue my research interests.

I went off writing songs and sing on stage.  But I was still interested in carbon zero power.  I rays so geographical academic papers, on the 1.5 kmx1cm partial steam plasma that is a lightening boils, making five tonnes of helium gas.  A quick relativistic conversion, that is an energy release of 2.5x10³⁰W of carbon zero heat.  1.2 MW/m.

The carbon dioxide level has been fixed at two PPM around the temperate earth, since 1880.  Carbon emissions are nuclear gases!  As local photosynthesis causes extra carbon dioxide to more active plant biomass within 5 minutes.

He fired up a 30x1.5cm steam plasma.  Presumably at one atmosphere!  And got a cancer in carbon zero or 1 MW of constant heat.  Utilising just 3x10⁻ⁱ⁶cc of regular water a year.

Three civilisations well have risen and fallen, before we need to top up the water level!  We inject liquid water into copper cold around the plasma tube, so we top up the plasma up with steam.

If we drive the water chamber from steam turbine, we get out mad hot steam at an estimated eight atmospheres 800° C.  Was ever we generate 500 kW of carbon zero electricity.

For convenience we rectify into mains AC current.  Synchronising the phase with the national grid.  Each house needs just 8 kW of electrical power.  So the national grid will send us an annual check for three million UK pounds, for our excess carbon zero power.

In London needs just 88,000 such plasma power plants.  From a population of over 63,000,000.  And each of those gets the annual check for three million UK pounds.

For generating carbon zero power.  Last I heard from the climate change people, they were trying to blame climate change on something else!  No longer connected carbon dioxide.

Obviously something peculiar to nuclear power.  And preventing conventional power generation.  But now we all do clean safe non nuclear plasma power generation.  Totally within the remit of the garage scientist.

The climate change people have been trying to reformulate had nfection for last four years.  And I haven't heard anything yet!  So totally carbon zero power generation.  From doing a plasma burn on regular water.

No fossil fuel burn required!

I've been reading papers recently from geography, over the ocean bed so the income of five thin layer of the white solid methyl hydrate: this is a power a stable compound, caused as deep sea bacteria metabolise carbon dioxide into methane.

The carbon dioxide out of the air!  Evolution as two and plants and bacteria to metabolise carbon dioxide down to the usual two parts per million.

When we release the pressure on the methyl hydrate, and use the pressure waves like an earthquake, the methane bubbles up!  Leaving the water behind.

80% other carbon dioxide around the earth is tied up as methyl hydrate.  There are physically big reserves are along the east coast of the U.S..  My betting is that there are large reserves in the Irish sea.  Probably the source of natural gas we have been extracting of burning for last 25 years.

So you can robot mind the methyl hydrate, and on the service convert into methane and water.  The water we discharge into the sewers!  The methane we call and sold to British Gas or other gas customers.

And it is totally carbon neutral form of methane.  The carbon dioxide the first year the seas year's converted into methyl hydrate within 5 minutes.  Dynamically every day!  The bacteria and green plants doing photosynthesis, a short the carbon dioxide level is fixed at two PPM.

Carbon emissions results in more plant and sea life within 5 minutes.  So no possible weather effect!  Carbon dioxide is a heavy gas, and never makes it to the stratosphere - where our weather is made.

Where nuclear power concocted manmade global warming, they would totally ignorant of biology, geography or solar emission cycles.  They were just so laughably were wrong!

Carbon dioxide years the gas of life.  And if we were apart mind the methyl hydrate, we gain access to unlimited reserves of cost free natural gas.  We do not need to five natural gas from rasher!

We can pass natural gas up a multi layer aluminium catalyst and fuel or oil will drift out.  Which is carbon neutral petrol and diesel.  Not a fossil fuel.  So methyl hydrate forms as we burn the manufacture at fuel or oil.

And of course we get all that lovely nearly free natural gas!  Totally outside the financial control of nuclear power and Russia.

And engineers along the east coast in the U.S., Are already setting up the robot mining and methyl hydrate.  To get at the nearly free natural gas.  A non fossil source of methane!

I am waiting for the reaction from professor Z.  But I fear that I will not get one while we are both alive!
