There being no commercial source of insurance above one billion, every nuclear power plant on the world is operating criminally under insured.

A plasma power plant utilises and produces no radioactive materials.  No impossible insurance required.

So the garage scientist can easily produce ½ MW of carbon zero electricity.  An annual income from the national grid of six million UK pounds!

A 1m x 2cm steam plasma at four atmospheres should precede constant 8.6 MW of heat.  12 will a run 100 MW power station.  Totally carbon zero!  Utilising and producing no radioactive materials.

So we require to burn no Russian Gas.  We utilised just 10⁻ⁱ⁵cc of regular water a year.  Which will send Europe carbon zero!

We can easily utilised by a diesel, as there totally carbon neutral fuel or oil.  And people are already grow in the stuff!

Nuclear power should be more concerned about its continued operation with criminally insufficient insurance.  The United Nations has the legal imperative to shut down every nuclear power plant on earth.
