That year professor Z at a minute during my PH D work, that the turbulent flow of steam or high pressure water did nuclear fusion.  A process named molecular nuclear fusion by the late Professor Bernard Argent.

But Dr. Z suddenly became professor Z, as nuclear power bought him a chair of chemical and process engineering.  And 2004 he told me he was no longer interested in nuclear fusion.

This is why does the pown comes to the boil, it goes crazy.  There are subtle centre slow simmer.  The nuclear fusion only happens as arising steam bubbles collapse in liquid water.  And the turbulence (TU) is produced by chaotic interaction of the said steam bubbles.

This is so so interesting!  But not massively useful.  I do some more work on the Internet, I discover a lightening gives out light heat and X rays, as it does nuclear fusion.

Incidentally a 25x1cm steam plasma are four atmospheres will produce a constant 600 kW of heat.  Fed into a thermoelectic generator it will provide 75 kW of electrical power, the family hatchback needs just 8 kW of electrical power.

A thermoelectic generator is a steady state device, that use to a thorium salts to convert heat directly into electrical power.  With no generous gothic centring force.  Ideal for car locomotion.

So carbon emissions in a measure of the extra life we are supported on earth.  There is no possible weather effect!  Carbon emissions are just nuclear gases!

They forgot to factor in their own carbon emissions.  The heat limestone and the fossil fuels to produce cement.  For all their reinforced concrete!  So it is there is a carbon emissions from a commercial power plant for 25 years.

And after 25 years a nuclear plant is demolished, making nuclear power the fourth largest source of carbon emissions on earth.

Since Fukushima 2010, every nuclear plant has required annual insurance cover of 100 billion.  Basally more than the annual profits!

Since Chernobyl is has been 40 billion, for 1986!  Without adequate insurance the United Nations is under the legal imperative, to shut down every operating nuclear power plant on earth.

Free carbon zero power is trivial.  We enclose a steam plasma in a glass cylinder.  And we get carbon zero heat.  We use to generate carbon zero electricity.

So a plasma power plant is carbon zero, free electricity.  From two little water ever to measure.

Facing a steam plasma in a glass centre gives us access to heat generation we had twice the dynamism of nuclear fusion.  Thank you professor Z, your thoughts on nuclear fusion were scintillating.

But geography is published papers on lightening, which are extrapolated to the energy release from her steam plasma.

Then my American friend confirmed I was exactly on the money!  So he can generate 500 kW of carbon zero power a year.
