Cool an warm the air for free

This uses the established science of the heat pump!  Cooling or warming houses and buildings since the 1950s.

The trick in the summer is to pressurised air, and said it down into a body water like a canal or river.  Or best of all the sea!  When you pressurise the gas it gets hot!

But nuclear power realise no nuclear power plant would ever get planning consent again.  So when Sizewell A was demolished, its insurance became void.  So Sizewell B never has planning consent to start operation in 1986.  Always an illegal engineering plant!

There will never be a Sizewell C, as the government lawyers are on the planning consent problem.  The new nuclear facility would require its own royal commission.  Taking two years and costing in excess of 100 million UK pounds.

Which automatically given a resounding 'No - not over my dead body!.  Which use the nuclear plant was built would happen within five years!
