Every 3 minutes around the earth heavy rain or snow sets up for a lightening strike.

My American friend on benefits fired up a 30cm of carbon zero steam plasma.  A constant carbon zero heat source.  Involving no radioactivity!  And no fossil fuel burn.

So a 30x1cm steam plasma liberated a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.  Which will generate a constant 500 kW of carbon zero power: they keep stressing carbon zero!  That global photosynthesis on land and sea, converts extra carbon dioxide into additional plant biomass within 5 minutes.

So there is no possible climate effect!  Every year carbon dioxide levels above the arctic ice double to four parts per million.  Air temperature -50° C.  Carbon follows the cold!  The spring comes and the ice melts, I have back to two PPM carbon dioxide.

In the late Jurassic photosynthesis was less evolved.  Brother-in-law record tells is it left four PPM carbon dioxide in the temperate there.  There was 85% more life on earth.  A generally warm period, with three natural ice ages!  So twice the carbon dioxide, massively more life on earth, with regular ice ages.

A climate of the inner solar system is controlled by a predictable solar emission cycles.  So all the planets in inner solar system have been cooling naturally since 1995.  Even Mars with 98% carbon dioxide in the air.

As compared to the static two parts per million around the temperate earth.  So carbon dioxide tracks the wax and wane of plant growth, so it falls to the Moon and two PPM in a warm period.  And rises to four PPM in ice ages.

At the little ice age of the 18th century!  That's all the whole of Europe at -20° C.  We have four PPM carbon dioxide in the air.  Whoever made up man made climate change was a biological and meteorological idiot.  They were just so wrong!

Apparently in the pay of nuclear power, desperate to justify their existence.  Since Chernobyl every operating nuclear power plant on earth has needed annual insurance cover of 40 billion.

So every year of its operation Sizewell B has needed annual insurance cover of 40 billion.  This is carried a criminally insufficient 50,000,000!  So every individuals in the UK has carried the nuclear insurance.  Including the chairman of Greenpeace.

After Fukushima in 2010 the required insurance rose to 100 billion.  So every operating nuclear power plant has criminally insufficient insurance.  And Sizewell B has been operating in direct contravention of its operating licence.  First and foremost there require adequate insurance!

So any Sizewell C would require the same impossible insurance: there is no insurance available above one billion.  So any new nuclear plant would never get an operating licence!

The unused power plant will be and less expensive white elephant in UK history - 40 billion.  And he would never start off!

And the construction of a nuclear power plant uses a fossil fuel burn on limestone and to produce cement.  Used to free use all the concrete for construction.

So releasing the two years of plant construction, the carbon equivalent from 100 MW commercially fired power plant, for 25 years.  After 25 years a nuclear plant is demolished!

So Sizewell B has always operated outside its planning consent!  They to voided having its own royal commission, being built as an illegal extension to be demolished Sizewell A.

This is a blatant breach of planning regulations!  You are allowed to extend or upgrade an existing plant.  Not build a totally new plant next to the demolish plant!  And the nuclear operators realise no nuclear plant would ever get planning commission.

So Sizewell B never has planning consent!  And neither would any Sizewell C - before we even get to the insurance problem.  So the plant could never start!

The most expensive white elephant in UK corporate history.  The construction consortia can kiss the 18 billion good by.  B concrete plant is just so illegal!

The nuclear people are pressurising of politicians to give approval to new Sizewell C.  But they have forgotten that you can't bribe lawyers!  No planning consent and the plant could never start.

Mark infective is acting illegally when she gave her consent to the construction of Sizewell B: which is only an ever illegal extension to Sizewell A.  And a every day of its operation it is being outside the law.

So the solitary remaining nuclear plant in the UK, never been legal!  The most important nuclear news in history.  Which strangely enough one or get reported in any national or international newspaper.

Nuclear power has bought off censure!  Though as I have already explained the informed people are the lawyers.  And they don't get bought off.
