I devised this idea 2008.  That UK academics an obsolete block on any work which disprove manmade global warming climate change.  So fossil my American friend to do the practical confirmation.

He use the electronics from old fluorescent light, to fire up the steam plasma in a glass centre.  This is a captive lightening strike!  That burns regular water into heat light and X rays.

So we get out lower power light and X rays.  Of no consequence!  But massive carbon zero heat.  Involving no fossil fuel burn and absolutely no radioactive materials involved.

He found that a 30x1.5cm glass cylinder put out a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.  Driving a commercially sourced steam turbine, this would generate 500 kW of carbon zero electricity.

The turbine will convert the DC into mains linked AC.  And each company problems 20 kW of electrical power.  Every house needs just 8 kW of power.  So we generate the carbon zero heat for over 60 houses.

From 3x10⁻ⁱ⁶cc of regular water a year!  You're never measure it in a lifetime!  An absolutely no carbon emissions.

And we using 1950s science!  Hence the academic world again as I have seen nothing to say!  My local MP Rebecca long Bailey, must get the matter raised in the house of commons.  Free power for everybody!

Global warming impossible 2000

Nuclear so illegal I was doing a PH D at Sheffield University under Dr. Z, who had a double first from Columbia University in New York.  I looked on the Internet and found no evidence of a global carbon dioxide increase. Biology teaches that photosynthesis around the temperate land and sea, has limited free carbon dioxide to just two parts per million.  The static level since before 1880 he and mankind's industrial revolution. Local engine exhausts have absolutely no global significance!  Plants within a two KM radius sinking all mankind's extra carbon emissions -produce five burning the fossil fuels.
