In a steam plasma we strip the water molecules down into positive nuclei and free electrons.  It goes off from regular light water.

So we do not actually do with nuclear fragments.  But they are contained within the plasma, and we just in the into heat light and X rays.  We produce no hyper toxic radioactive waste.  We utilised no enriched radioactive materials.  Just light water!  Regular tap water will do just fine.

In the chaos the hydrogen ions and electrons bond, and they don't annihilate!  Electrons and positrons would.  They bond to form neutrons.  Which couldn't fight the way out of a paperback!

The neutrons bond with the oxygen ions.  To cause repeated nuclear fission and till we are left with just hydrogen ions and free electrons.

So from our lightening cylinder 50x1 at four atmospheres, we get a constant 2.4 MW.  There may be this northern easily calculating!  It may be the square root of 2 larger.

It does not matter because my American friend had fired up an atmospheric steam plasma 30x1.5cm in size, and got 1 MW of carbon zero heat.  Practical confirmation that my ideas were correct.

We use the heat the water boiler from a steam turbine.  And get out mad hot steam at eight atmospheres.  Which would generate a constant 500 kW of carbon zero electricity.

There are many many people who hate nuclear power.  Plants take in carbon dioxide to grow, so there isn't a static two parts per million carbon dioxide in the temperate air since 1880.  Before the industrial revolution!

So carbon dioxide is a static trace gas.  No affect on anything!  Carbon dioxide levels double every winter above the arctic ice.  The air temperature -50° C.  So carbon dioxide is deftly not a warming gas!

So our friends and steam plasma will generate 500 kW of heat.  The carbon zero power for 60 electricity users.  And the electricity is very nearly free!  We utilised just 3x10⁻ⁱ⁶cc of regular water a year.  We burn no fossil fuels.

We utilised no enriched radioactive materials.  And we produce no radioactive waste.  The plasma burns the matter into heat light and X rays.

Present uranium nuclear power knees annual insurance of 100 billion, per 100 MW of producing electricity.  They carry a criminally insufficient 50 million.  The United Nations should shut down every nuclear power plant on earth.

Mysteriously the UN is hosting annual conferences on the nuclear fiction of manmade climate change.  It was manmade global warming until 1995, when there natural weather static cooling.  Control by a predictable solar emission cycles - totally outside the control of man.

Since before the industrial revolution there is has been a static two parts per million carbon dioxide in the temperate air.  Am a static trace gas affects nothing!

Manmade global warming was nuclear science fiction, to scare the science stupid!  And the use their money to buy off academics criticism.  Every academic has taken nuclear research funding, is their paid stage!

But now the garage harvest can fire up a steam plasma in a garden shed, and produce a carbon zero heat and electricity for 16 users.  We utilised the exit steam after the turbine, to provide free space heating for the local area.

So we produce non nuclear carbon zero electricity for nearly free.  No 18 billion dollar uranium nuclear power plant.  Which has replaced every 25 years.  Making nuclear power the fourth largest source of man made carbon dioxide.  Nuclear power very much not carbon zero!  They must be in viruss at their own science fiction!
