Every 3 minutes around the world there is a lightening strike.  Followed up by heavy rain or snow storms doing nuclear fusion.

So heavy rain or snow radiate X rays!  And or time your releasing positive ions and free electrons.  The ions rise to above the clouds layer, the electrons fall to the ground.

At 5000 volts 100 amps we get a lightening down strike.  To discharge all those charged electrons.  But there we have a steam plasma, which creates a much larger lightening up strike.

2 H₂O+P+PL→He+O+E² we get 5 tonnes of helium produced by every 1.5km x 2cm lightening bolt.  Which equates to 1.2 MW/m.  There is carbon zero heat peak time!

Within a confined glass cylinder, the the hydrogen ions and free electrons bond to form neutrons, within the steam plasma.

These bond with a heavy atomic nuclei to cause repeated nuclear fission and till we are left with hydrogen ions and free electrons.

But then we get our big energy release - the nuclear fission of hydrogen ions.

So this Energy System is twice as energetic as molecular nuclear fusion.  As we burn the helium and oxygen ions, into free heat light and lower power X rays.  So a steam plasma is twice as energetic as nuclear fusion.

My American friend tried it out and used a non of pressurise steam plasma.  Which or taken 30 -120 W of electrical power to freeze a constant 1 MW of heat.

He found that a 30x1.5cm steam plasma liberated a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.

This is very useful, as mankind has devise ways to turn heat into electricity.  A simple way is a thermoelectric generator.  This is a semi conductor device, which turns heat directly into current.

So 1 MW of heat will free use 130 kW of carbon zero electricity.  And thermoelectric device converts had DC current into mains AC.  This is a carbon zero electricity for 60 houses.

We use are still hot exit steam to provide free space heating for the same properties.  Totally carbon zero!  We burn the water, we do not burn any carbon fuel.

That is an annual income from the national grid of 640,000 UK pounds a year.  A steam turbine would generate 500 kW - but will be more expensive to purchase.  The thermoelectric unit can be purchased freely over the Internet.  They were developed in the 1930s.

So we take 60 houses off the national grid.  They are heated by the plasma are burning water!.  Which ends up as heat light and lower power X rays.  And all this is not new science!

We no longer have to burn the fossil fuels to freeze heat, we just fire up A steam plasma tube.  Masterly more energetic, and carbon free.
