heat and power from very little water

It is very technical physics, but a gas plasma smashed use matter into heat, light and X rays.  It decomposes the matter into waveforms.  My UK PH D supervisor would not do confirmation work.  So he felt of my American friend had to confirm the science.

He confirmed that a 30x1cm steam plasma converting regular water into 1 MW of heat.

Actually burning gas fires up a steam plasma, so oxidising the carbon takes in heat!  But the steam plasma releases so much heat.  We are getting 1 MW of carbon zero heat.

From the garden shed!  We power and heat the local area.  Without any fossil fuel burn, and no radioactive materials involved.

Present uranium nuclear power knees annual insurance cover of 100 billion.  They carried just a criminally insufficient 50 million.  So the United Nations has the legal imperative to shut down every nuclear power plant on earth.

During uranium nuclear power plant construction, they use a fossil fuel burn on limestone to free use all out concrete.  Releasing in just two years the carbon equivalent of the carbon dioxide released by a commercial power station in 25 years.

And after 25 years a nuclear plant must be demolished!  It is legally and safer and illegal to try and keep an eight did nuclear plant in service.  As Fukushima demonstrated!

Past its 25 year design life, the nuclear plant must be demolished.  And its planning consent lapses.  No safety improvements are legal!  All plant is designed to wear out the day he reaches 25 years old.  Engineers don't over design anything!

A 1m x 2cm steam plasma are four atmospheres will release a constant 8.6 MW of heat.  24 will have the driver of 100 MW nuclear power plant.  Ceasing to do uranium nuclear fission!

Not utilising and producing any radioactive materials.  But nuclear power is owned by the emission industry.  So dare not go nuclear free!  By the plasma power plant is inherently safe and nontoxic.

Requiring no impossible insurance.  And all the santis making a good living from studying the meaningless manmade climate change, should remember the plant's consume extra carbon dioxide.

Leaving just two parts per million carbon dioxide in the temperate air.  An unchanged level since 1880 - before the industrial revolution kicked off!  So burning fossil fuels has increased plant and so animal life on earth.
