His idea was to get carbon dioxide.  We can now use a steam plasma to generate free electricity: so electricity with no oil or gas burn.  I walk up the practical results pryers by my American friend.

So here we have a source of carbon zero heat.  Fed into a steam turbine, the 1 MW of heat result in 500 kW of carbon zero electricity.  Still leaving mad hot steam, ideal for free space heating.  All totally carbon zero!

Now we do the electrolysis of water, to be separate strains of hydrogen and oxygen gases.  We had the hydrogen to the carbon dioxide, and heat over 380° C.  May be using the heart steam after fire generation.
