I was back at Sheffield University 2000 and after a serious car accident.  Doing PH D research into nuclear fusion.  At the behest of professor Z- the nephew of the professor who helped devise cold fusion at Columbia University in America.

I have written extensively been four never at home a steam plasma is averse to zero carbon free Energy System.

So we get off 1.2 megawatts of carbon neutral heat, from a 2 CM wide steam plasma in a large glass cylinder - the practical date are from a lightening involved, says over eight atmospheres collapsing at three.

To -50° C.  The climate change lots of intent there really carbon dioxide warms the air - though the global climate has been cooling since 1995.  And nature has no great problems with things heating up.

Is has a greater problems with things cooling down - and the articulation advancing.  Today as he eight great terrestrial glaciers, so most of eight are advancing.

At Sheffield another PH D student told me that water would diesel!  In other words regular water would run a diesel engine.  I was stunned, and he vanished!

Though pressure diesel oil will not take a flame.  We have to pressurised in it before it spontaneously combusts when the mix it with air.

Diesel oil requires the pressure of eight atmospheres.  Taking on the Internet I found out there water will diesel, and academics have published the work while pressure is 10 and atmospheres.

I am a trained metallurgist, so I spent a month thrusting out the equations.

So we compress an air and water mix, which will get hot.  Only injected into the diesel engined at top days centre.  And the water molecules interact, do molecular nuclear fusion.  As 2 above.

So it is half as efficient as the plasma system.  That people already have the diesel engine's around.  Though all the electronics to act as standby generators - that was synchronise phase and voltage with the national grid.

The engine surface will only produce 1.33 MW/m² of cylinder volume.  So we are back to no 1 MW of carbon neutral heat.  But we have all the electronics already engineered to generate mains voltage phase and frequency linked.

And we are turning a miniscule volumes of regular water into massive free carbon neutral heat.  We play at the exit steam on a cold surface, and the water condenses out.  Which we can pump around.

Turning a miniscule volume of water into helium and oxygen gases.  We'll never measure it in 1000 lifetimes!

And people already have the diesel pumps around.  They need to modify the pumping system.  To come from eight atmospheres to 10.  Again my thanks to Nome as PH D student 2001, who taught this at Sheffield University 2001.

He was busy researching a water diesel, but the world never heard from him again.  As uranium nuclear power would have used its financial clout, to end his life changing science.

So it is remarkably simple!  We need a larger pump.  And once started the system or endlessly recirculate water, and he is massive carbon zero heat and electricity.

So in generate the carbon zero electricity for 60 houses.  Using too little water ever to measure!  We have cease to burn any oil or gas.  And no radioactive isotopes involved all produced.

Every uranium nuclear power plant since Fukushima in 2010, has required annual insurance cover of 100 billion.  They carry a criminally insufficient 50 million.  The United Nations has the legal imperative to shut down every operating uranium nuclear power plant on earth.

That will never restart there without the impossible insurance legally required.  Our steam plasma power plant, utilising a Prix uses no radioactive isotopes.  Totally carbon neutral!  The carbon dioxide to nature.

Fans breathe in carbon dioxide and converted into carbohydrates and a oxygen gases.  They excrete the oxygen.  Animals breathe in the oxygen and I eat plant biomass.  Breathing out carbon dioxide.

So both plasma animals get a energy, without any radioactive isotopes being involved.  Carbon dioxide stimulates migration on earth.  There is no buildup of carbon dioxide in the temperate air - so no possible climate effect.

The garage scientist can build a plasma power plant in the garden shed.  Watering the little steam turbine over the Internet.  And once planning will produce the carbon neutral electricity for 60 houses.

Running a diesel generator at higher pressure off water, will also produce carbon zero electricity.  And individuals and companies already have diesel powered the steam turbine and as a back up generator.

So all companies can generate their own carbon zero heat and power by the weekend.  The climate change but will still be going on about carbon dioxide, A sure they start taking their mental health medicine, which they have so far avoided.
