Every 3 minutes around the world heavy rain or snow sets up a lightening strike.  Down to -50° C over the arctic dipoles

Which is why heavy rain or snow warms the air.  It is do molecular nuclear fusion!  My PH D area.  No Doctorate ever awarded!

But lightening also spews out so many neutrons.  As a lightening is a plasma the strips water molecules into positive ions and free electrons.

So we reduce the oxygen to a hydrogen ions exothermically.  But then we get our big energy release - from the nuclear fusion of hydrogen

A 30x1.5 cm steam plasma will release a constant 1 MW of heat - practical confirmation in America!

My calculations indicate that a 50x1cm steam plasma are four atmospheres should release a constant 2.4 MW of heat.  A commercially sourced steam turbine will convert into warm 0.2 megawatts of carbon neutral mains electricity, I only wish my American friend had detailed the pressure!  Presumably he did atmospheric.

So a 50cm steam plasma will release a constant 2.4 MW of heat, to mature 0.2 MW of carbon neutral electricity: we then use the exit steam to do an area space heating system for sale 150 houses.

All from 10⁻ⁱ⁵cc of regular water a year.  No fossil fuel burn, and no carbon dioxide generation.

Present nuclear power makes its plants using reinforced concrete.  So in two years the power plant construction, the fossil fuel heating of honest and to make that concrete, freezes the equivalent carbon dioxide from 25 years of the operation of a commercial power plant.

Nuclear power is so toxic he requires annual insurance cover of 100 billion per 100 MW power plant.  It Carries a criminally insufficient 50 million.  The most toxic and under insured industry ever.

The garage harvest can set up a plasma power plant in his garden shed.  And free use a carbon neutral electricity for 150 houses.  An annual income from the national grid of six million a year.

Heat and power that pays big time!
