free natural gas production - the Sabatier reaction

The Sabatier reaction or Sabatier process produces methane and water from a reaction of hydrogen with carbon dioxide at elevated temperatures (optimally 300–400 °C) and pressures (perhaps 3 MPa [1]) in the presence of a nickel catalyst. It was discovered by the French chemists Paul Sabatier and Jean-Baptiste Senderens in 1897. Optionally, ruthenium on alumina (aluminium oxide) makes a more efficient catalyst. It is described by the following exothermic reaction.[2]

There is disagreement on whether the CO2 methanation occurs by first associatively adsorbing an adatom hydrogen and forming oxygen intermediates before hydrogenation or dissociating and forming a carbonyl before being hydrogenated.

CO methanation is believed to occur through a dissociative mechanism where the carbon oxygen bond is broken before hydrogenation with an associative mechanism only being observed at high H2 concentrations.

Methanation reaction over different carried metal catalysts including Ni,[4] Ru[5] and Rh[6] has been widely investigated for the production of CH4 from syngas and other power to gas initiatives.[3] Nickel is the most widely used catalyst due to its high selectivity and low cost.[2]

The Sebatier reaction is a total answer to climate change.  At low pressure carbon dioxide and water, unburn to form methane and ozone,

We are familiar with higher pressure methane and water burning to form carbon dioxide and steam.  Was a low pressure the reaction reverses.  Carbon dioxide and water react to what methane and ozone, plus heat!

The importance here is so medium sized engineering firm, can set up a reactor in a large cylinder, and pumps out there methane and oxygen gases, the methane is natural gas!  And the oxygen has highly commercial value.

And the process liberates heat!  Natural gas C so overpriced today.  But he is some simple Chemical Engineering, to turn water and carbon dioxide into natural gas.

We chill the carbon dioxide or to the city air.  Carbon dioxide liquefies at -28° C.  Hennessy emitting carbon dioxide gas, chills the air forming dry ice!

Engineering company is can easily produce near unlimited amounts of natural gas.  Which is highly commercial value and.  And Sebatier did his work in the 19th century!  So here is a way he to produce an as natural gas.  Which is so overpriced today.

And a natural gas is carbon zero: as it socks carbon dioxide out of the air, and only releases it when burnt!  It is not a fossil fuel.  It just circulates the circulating carbon dioxide.
