When you burn or oil and gas, you are actually doing and what santis cours molecular nuclear fusion.  We are turning compounds light water, into helium and oxygen.  Plus massive heat, light and even X rays.

There is no chemical source of visible light!  So man has been doing nuclear fusion on earth since the gas light.
