All of a sudden and the world's chemists produce carbon neutral fuel oil.  A massively undercutting fossil fuel fuel oil.  And he recycles the carbon dioxide from the air, it does not add to it!

And the lowest natural temperatures on earth.  Down to -80° C above the Antarctic ice cap.  Carbon dioxide so obviously not a warming gas.

And now the chemists across Europe can produce all the facts or the world wishes to burn.  Totally carbon neutral!  The in the temperate carbon dioxide levels at the trace level of just two PPM.

We no longer have to via a fossil fuels from politically undesirable country is.  Chemist can make all the petrol in this book chemical plants around Europe, and the Americas!
