Free supermarket power

This works for all educational establishment's!  Producing free carbon zero electricity.  Using science published in the 1930s!  And never utilised, our steam turbines were more efficient.  Having 50% efficiency!

If businesses were already own an emergency standby generator.  They just need to size the glass plasma, to buy a had twice the wattage, are the required power output.
