warming and lighting the winter
Which usally lasts just three days! This year we had it in September. As we got a cold and wet July! We use the miraculous device developed in the 19th century - the Carnot heat pump.
We pressurise a gas like the air! And it gets mad hot! Skill in temperature according to the absolute temperature scale. Which is Celsius plus 273.
So we double the pressure and the air heats up by 270° C. We have two choices! Week in sandy up to a high aluminium helix, which stops the heat to the high air.
My preferred Chinese used it use a stainless steel helix in the river or stream. The Thames is excellent. And we lose that heat so a body water.
The temperature mortified by the pressure on a the gas, gives us the gas constant. Scaling according to the absolute temperature. So we double the pressure on the gas, and the temperature doubles without adding any heat. It is in the engineering textbooks!
When we vent this gas to the air, air temperature suddenly decreases fire 270° C. It mixes with the ambient, so we decrease the gas temperature locally by 20° C.
So you do this at all for skyscraper, and the cold air will be a cold blast down the whole skyscraper. Here may wish only to increase the pressure my 25%, so we cool the air by 65° C.
This is such a pleasant cold draught! Again next year the ambient air, so we call the skyscraper void 25° C. We use the idea along the size of Parks of public spaces, two again issues are cold blast of air at 25⁰ C.
During the day and we use a little solar panels, and during the night use almost free off peak electricity. So we call the day and the night!
Uses like Manchester or Birmingham, with extensive canal systems from the industrial revolution, we can use this idea to call the air throughout the city. Cooling our public areas and shopping malls.
In England the former is a cold of winter! Even in London the winter months of cold and dark. We can invert the pressurisation system. So now we plant down their low pressure gas into a stainless steel helix.
And it sucks in heat from the rovers. 10th 1000 times less tempted difference in the water, than we get a much less heat dense air. So we get over air at 10° C.
When we double the pressure its use up to 280° C. And we lose that heat to wages of on the ground. Where we suddenly get a massive heat input into the air. Totally carbon zero!
To have light and heat we fire up a little steam plasma cylinder in city Parks. My American friend validated that are steam plasma is a massive carbon zero heat and light source.

Now we free use heat and light throughout the day! Supporting natural photosynthesis. Which sucks in carbon dioxide, and converting into carbohydrates. We increase natural plant life!
And now we make the night error in winter light and warm! We are busy turn down the system during the summer when we do not require heat. And then use high voltage electronics in the winter months to fire up the plasma so again - producing 24 hour sunlight.
Plant's will grow at 24 hours a day! And more importantly for hours there will be no snow! There will be no cold and dark winter months. And once started the plasma runs for free!
