Cooling and and warming the climate is a simple!

This uses science devised in the 19th century.  The Carnot heat pump.  We free use A forced draught of hot or cold air, which we use to drive a turbine.  Which supplies all the energy for the process.

This is second year engineering thermodynamics!  Familiar to lease 0.5 billion individuals on the planet.  Tragically nuclear power has chosen to this always future on manmade global warming!

Then the natural climate into predictable cooling phase 1995.  Back to warming this year!  It is all down to predictable 28 year so the emission cycles.  So all the planets in inner solar system cool and warm together.

So manmade climate change was really always science rubbish!  Biology it never believed in manmade global warming.  And so we are the world's experts on the carbon cycle - the major life support system on earth.

We can it irrigate the world by having little solar powered pumps, to suck up C or river water by one metre.  When he boils into fresh pure water vapour!  No salts or contaminants.

This is totally carbon neutral natural gas.  When burnt it only releases the carbon dioxide we talk in the previous day!  There is no possible net increase of carbon dioxide.

And we cut out the horrendously expensive prices charged by the gas extraction companies.  Engineering firms can form their own carbon dioxide the day he they want it!  Gas prices are about to crash.

If we play and this natural gas over the medical honeycomb catalysts we can form carbon neutral petrol and diesel fuel oil.  I have already published the equations!

So this is a non fossil fuel diesel and petrol source.  The UK government is there in to burn fossil fuels 2030.  Who cares!  Chemist can make a petrol, diesel and natural gas.  Using chemicals and sore water the noble prize in 1918.  The sobrietier equation.

We can all convert over to clean, safe, non toxic plasma power.  ½ MW from a tough $1000 steam turbine.  65 kW from a 1500 pound commercially sourced thermoelectric generator.

The failure of nuclear power to carry adequate insurance cover, means there are prohibited from investing in higher education.  They cannot fund shares in academia!  They cannot fund research institutes in higher education.

They are totally excluded from education!  And the other side issue I rays in 1986, the failure of nuclear power to do weights used nuclear fission rods.  There is no storage space left on earth there for the use uranium nuclear Power Materials.

The idea from his uncle at Columbia University, was that the turbulent flow of high pressure water or steam was the ultimate carbon zero clean Power System.

In the summer we suck the heat from the air, into a low pressure gas.  Which we then pressurise using a free electricity.  Burn lose that heat to river or preferably the sea.  So cooling the climate for free.

A simple system I will make such a huge difference to the UK!  The and 30° C is pleasantly warm.  I have spent time in India where 40° C is almost normal.

In the winter we suck the heat from the river or seas into a low pressure gas, and this the T air via pressurise gas in a small metal helix.  I have in 250° C to the air temperature!

Warm the air from -4° C, to a much more pleasant 16° C.  And we concentrate their fate along Rivers - which flows through all major cities!  So 19th century science saves the day.
