With water is exceptional, it expands as it freezes.  The maximum density of water at pressure is at 3° C.  So the cold water flows back from the poles, to to the equator.  Where it takes up solar energy and those back towards the poles as the warm sea currents.

This makes the vast bulk of the earth's surface habitable to life.  In winter we may eat sea snow and ice, but in spring it melts and I was back to the equator.

And should not been since Chernobyl in 1986.  The war's worst nuclear accident until Fukushima in Japan 2010.  And they are the best engineers in the world!

As 3 mile island had demonstrated, even Westinghouse could not design is safe nuclear power plant.  The worst nuclear accident since Windscale in the 1970s, andtil Chernobyl in 1986.  Do we never learn?  Uranium nuclear power is a hyper toxic so dangerous technology of hades.  Not a legal Power System!

In contrast are plasma power plant utilises and produces no radioactive waste.  Turning all the matter in the water molecules, into just heat light and X rays!  The production of neutrons he are contained within the glass cylinder.

And the nuclear fission reduces the water to just hydrogen ions and free electrons.  No emission of nuclear waste!  And the X rays are as powerful as from a beating animal hearts and.  Which already does molecular nuclear fusion.
