Since Chernobyl in 1986 every nuclear power plant needed annual insurance cover of 40 billion.  They it may be upgraded their insufficient insurance cover, for 50 million to 250 million.  Criminally insufficient!

The annual the required insurance cover after Fukushima rose to 100 billion.  There is no insurance available above one billion.  So United Nations is under the legal imperative to shut down all nuclear power plant on earth.  All 422 of them.

There is a far better Energy System!  And he we have all seen it.  The basic a lightening strike.  Here the thturbulent interaction of rain or snow particles, does molecular nuclear fusion.

In 1989, chemists Stanley Pons and Martin Fleischmann made headlines with claims that they had produced fusion at room temperature — “cold” fusion compared to the high temperatures the process was thought to require.

I actually knew 1986 that E electrolysis give off X rays.  Though by then has focused on my new wife and job at Lloyds bank.

The process rises exponentially with liquid pressure.

The electrodes, the separator, and the electrolyte form the electrolytic cell. Water electrolyzers and fuel cells use similar technology, and the process in fuel cells is the reverse; hydrogen is converted into electricity and heat.

So an electrolysis cell heats by 40⁰ C and the water bubbles!  As it boils.  Every chemist on the planet is further with this effect!  And it is our cold fusion!

So we pressurise the electrolysis cell to 4 atmospheres.  Now we're getting somewhere around 300° C.  Locally pressurised water does not boil.  So we get super heated water, we can circulate around a little steam turbine.

As our water flows around, the atmospheric pressure water boils off.  And rise our steam turbine to generate 40 kW of electrical power.  Each house needs just 8 kW.  We use the exit steam and to heat at space heating system.

We have produced a little fusion systems to run a combined heat and Power System.  So we get loads of free electricity, which drives are pumps and E electrolysis cell.

We will freeze a small volumes of helium and oxygen gases.  Which we vent to the air.  Such a small volume, 10⁻ⁱ²cc a year a year.  As I said we do not need to worry about it!

And we produce carbon zero heat and power.  We sell our excess current to national grid, an rays somewhere around 36,000 UK pounds a year.  Power that pays!

And all this science was worked out in 2000.  But we had not fought to pressurise the electrolysis cell.  Though no doubt kidneys had already thought of that 1987.

And have been running a little free electricity system's ever since.  But never told the world!  As manmade global warming climate change, where the main cash cow or for external university funding.

The climate has 28 year periods of warming and cooling.  So Chernobyl in Ukraine happened in 1986.  Within a period of natural climatic warming.  Hence the genesis of the nuclear funded science fiction of 'manmade climate change'.

The weather static cooling naturally exactly in 1995 - the natural climate for all the planets in inner solar system.  Including mass with 98% carbon dioxide in the air.  Green plants around the temperate earth the just two parts per million, carbon dioxide in the air.

Above the arctic ice There is no photosynthesis on the snow covers the land and ice covers seas.  So carbon dioxide levels double to four PPM.  Just as the air temperature quare to -80° C.  The coldest natural temperatures on earth!

So or garage santis can easily construct the little cold fusion heat and Power System.  We have a pressurise electrolysis cell, and the standard power generation and central heating system.

Biology are the key at passing the hot gases through a thermoelectric generator.  Costing around 1500 UK pounds.
