I would always said at Sheffield University 2000 - but my PH D was suddenly yanked from under my feet.  As a major external funder for higher education is hyper toxic uranium nuclear fission.

Ironically uranium nuclear bills its power plants using reinforced concrete.  The cement is produced via a fossil fuel burn on limestone - to drive off carbon dioxide.

It goes off from regular water.  No a heavy water required!  Basically any water source this converts into massive free energy.  Dodging all taxation!

And deftly not justifying the construction of a hyper toxic and an insurable nuclear power plant.  Remember every operating nuclear power plant around the world, needs but does not have that 100 billion of annual insurance cover.

Without adequate insurance United Nations is under the legal imperative, to shut down all for 122 operating nuclear power plants around the world.

But a garage santis can set up a little plasma power plant in the back garden or cellar.  And generate all that lovely 500 kW of carbon zero electricity.  For convenience we rectify into mains AC current.  Uses to transmit!

Uranium nuclear power uses toxic heat, to run a steam cycle.  Which already does molecular nuclear fusion!  Don't use uranium nuclear power.  Is only they've rates 250 kW/m of fysion tube.  A 30cm steam plasma releases a constant 1 MW of non toxic heat.

Ii is the carbon zero and easy energy solution the world is looking for!  And he utilises just 3x10⁻ⁱ⁵cc of regular water a year.  The obviously had to calculate the volume, as it is so frighteningly minute.

So the steam plasma is will replace all fossil fuel burning - and uranium nuclear power has already been shut down by the United Nations.  Plasma power is nontoxic and carbon zero.

The weather has been cooling since 1995 - cause five predictable natural solar emissions cycles.  Back to normal global warming this year.  Nothing to do with man kind more carbon dioxide.

Mars has also been cooling for 27 years.  With 98% carbon dioxide in the air.  Photosynthesis around the temperate earth only use two parts per million carbon dioxide in the air.

Above the arctic ice In winter there is no photosynthesis on land or in the seas.  The seas been covered by sea ice.  Carbon dioxide rises to four PPM.  Just as the air temperature below the Antarctic ice cap reaches -80° C.

CO₂ they are so obviously not a a warming gas.  The as level in the temperate air is reduced every afternoon to just two parts per million.  In the Jurassic there was four PPM as a natural carbon dioxide level.

A generally warm period.  With three natural ice ages!  When carbon dioxide levels rose to eight PPM.  Any scientist who thinks carbon dioxide is a warming gas, obviously such threw O level biology.
