The little engineering company is in greater Manchester, can design and build a plasma power plant for personal use in a week.  They give the power plant away which will each generate an globally ½ MW of carbon zero electricity.

The carbon zero power for 60 houses.  They take the first three days money from the National Power grid, which will paying for plant construction with a profit.  They then sign over the plant to their house owner.

Who gets free heat and power for ever.  An annual check for three million UK pounds.  Everybody in salford can become a multimillionaire in a year!  If Rebecca gets a act together.  Hi Rebecca!  She and I are nodding acquaintances, from my frequent council elections.
