I have been rather too focused an using a steam plasma to generate the heat required for power generation.  My U.S. friend confirmed that a 30x1.5cm steam plasma would release a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.

We use to drive a commercially sourced steam turbine, and generate a constant ½ MW of carbon zero electricity.  Utilising just 3x10⁻ⁱ⁵cc of regular water a year.  So basically free, non nuclear carbon zero electricity and heat.  Which makes burning oil and gas so erry commercially stupid!

Nuclear power is mankind's fourth largest source of carbon emissions.  An uses a enriched uranium to free use of stratospheric Lee toxic plutonium and strontium.  For which there is no global reprocessing capabilities.
