Constantly around the world heavy rain or snow storms, are doing nuclear fusion in the earth's atmosphere - down to 0° C.

In a surprising turn up, the new data show that up to 5000 neutrons per cubic meter are produced every second by lightning strikes. This is very high, and not very compatible with the alternate explanation, neutron production by high energy photons (gamma rays).

Neutrons are the great a minder of matter.  Enriching the atomic nuclei, which almost instantly hearts into smaller atomic numbers.  Any with hydrogen ions and free electrons.

From a little 30x1.5cm steam plasma, that provides carbon free heat light and power for ever.  Power that pays!  No fossil fuel burn involved.  So totally carbon free.  An no hyper toxic radioactive materials involved.

The house owner could not get nuclear insurance.  Which is 100 billion per 100 MW power station.  Even Thorium requires the same impossible insurance level.

It gives the house owner an annual income of three million UK pounds every year.  The average working man only earns four million, in a lifetime of paid work.
