Within 5 minutes around the temperate earth, 80 carbon dioxide is converted by photosynthesis into plant biomass.  No possible weather effect.  Carbon dioxide in the arctic winter doubles from the temperate level of just two parts per million, to four PPM.  Air temperature -50° C!

Is very much not whether warming!  Every 3 minutes around the world there is a steam plasma - a 2 CM thick x 1.5km steam plasma.  Which liberates 2.5x10³⁰W our carbon zero power, as it turns regular water into helium and oxygen gases, with massive heat, light and even X rays.  There is no chemical source of visible light or X rays.  Or helium gas!

We are doing molecular nuclear fusion.

So nature does nuclear fusion in the air, from regular water every 3 minutes throughout the year.  Nature gets so much heat from this energy source!

My American friend fired up a steam plasma in a glass cylinder.  And got our carbon zero heat.  A 30x1.5cm steam plasma was found to release a constant 1 MW of heat.  As he did that isas dynamic plasma burn from steam.

A 15x1.5cm the plasma in a glass cylinder will release ½ MW of heat.  Fed into a therrmo electric generator, as would a most recently by the Ford motor company with help from BMW it will freeze a constant 65 kW of electricity.

Converted into mains linked AC, this will happily even drive a small helicopter!  Is more hatchback only needs 8 kW of electrical power to drive it.

And here we are burning no oil or diesel.  And obviously produce no carbon dioxide!  I wrote the end product is a massive excess of electrical power: which gives some ago for calculating errors.

So they see carbon zero motoring.  They had no affect on the climate!  This has been cooling naturally since 1995.  With a static two PPM carbon dioxide in the afternoon air: whoever made up man made global warming climate change, was a serious biological idiot!

Who forgot to factor Ian the photosynthesis and biology.  Plants eat carbon dioxide!  As emeritus professor of metallurgy Bernard Argent, reminded me 2005; green plants eat carbon dioxide for breakfast or lunch and dinner!

The air 85% more active life on earth.  Sea levels were 60 metres lower in a warm period.  I must have a cent more oxygen in the air!  From all the extra photosynthesis.

The Jurassic had three natural ice ages.  When carbon dioxide levels around the equator we have risen to eight PPM.  Above the arctic ice We had 16 PPM carbon dioxide.

Science lecturers and professors have been screaming at university pupils or since universities were invented, 'A static trace gas affects nothing!'.  And in the present epoch C my before mankind evolved, carbon dioxide around the temperate air in the afternoon has been capped at two PPM.

Burning the fossil fuels does not affect the weather.  It increases natural plant and animal life on earth today.  We are gradually restoring the 85% of life that died with the dinosaurs.

Technically 90% of life on earth died.  The burning of fossil fuels since the 18th century, has restored 5% of life to earth.  Our weather is made in the stratosphere, and carbon dioxide never rises that high.

In the stratosphere the carbon dioxide level is fixed at 0%.
